Princesses are some of the most popular characters at Disney. It’s no wonder their character dinners are always booked and there are so many meet & greets in the parks. If you have a little princess or are just a princess at heart and want to know how to see everything princess-related, then I’ve got the info for you! There are TONS of opportunities to meet and spend time with the princesses, but the key is to knowing where to find them.
We’re going to go through all the character meals, locations in the parks and special events where you can get your princess fix!
Character Meals
One of the best ways to meet your favourite characters is to reserve a character meal. During these meals, the characters come to your table where you will be able to get their autograph and take a picture with them. It saves you a lot of time from having to wait in line since they come to you while you are dining.
There are a few restaurants that have princess themed meals, and those are the ones you’ll want to look out for. These restaurants book up fast, so best to reserve early. Booking for restaurants opens up 180 days in advance, so if you can reserve that far out, I highly recommend that you do so you can get exactly what you want.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique – This is Disney’s enchanted beauty salon that offers princess makeovers for children aged 3-12. They have two locations, one in the Magic Kingdom and one in Disney Springs. You can get a simple makeover with just hair, makeup and nails, or you can get the complete transformation which includes a costume. Package prices range from $65 to $450. Bookings can be made as far out as 180 days. The location at Magic Kingdom books up quickly, so you’ll want to book it very early if you want to do this experience. Reservations can be made by calling (407) 939-7895.
Frozen Dessert Party – Every park has a special dessert party that they pair with their evening entertainment, but Epcot has one that is Frozen themed. It goes with their nightly fireworks show Illuminations. You’ll get to enjoy an array of Frozen themed desserts and savory items, along with beverages. Then you will get access to a private area to enjoy the fireworks. Once the fireworks are done, you’ll be escorted over to the Frozen Ever After ride where you will get to ride it after the park has closed.
Perfectly Princess Tea – Want to attend a royal tea party? Well, this might be the special experience for you! This takes place at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and is for children aged 3-9. You’ll be entertained with storytelling, a princess parade, and sing-alongs. There is also a special appearance by a princess! You’ll get to sip on tea and enjoy a selection of fruit, sandwiches, and cake. Each princess will also leave with a special gift filled with cute souvenirs of her experience. The cost is $334 which includes admission for one child (3-9) and one guest aged 10+. Additional guests can be added for an extra cost. You must reserve this experience in advance and it can be done on the My Disney Experience site/app.
Disney Princess Marathons – This event takes place once a year in February, and it is something that anyone can participate in because they have races for all different levels. You can dress up for the race in a fun princess themed outfit and you’ll end the race by receiving your very own princess-themed race medal. Along the way, you’ll get to stop and meet a lot of characters, including lots of princesses. To participate, you need to register in advance on the rundisney.com website.
Adult Princess Makeovers – If you are an adult and envious of all those princesses coming out of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, don’t fret because now Disney offers something for adults too! You can get a fun makeover themed to a Disney character. These makeovers, called Character Couture, take place at their full service salons on property. These salons are located at Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Coronado Springs and Yacht & Beach Club.
